Homemade White Chocolate Valentine Hearts are a perfect creamy, decadent gift to make and give to your sweetheart for Valentine’s Day.
One of my gifts for Christmas from my Mom, was a package of organic Cocoa Butter, and I have been scheming and planning on how I should use this Cocoa Butter since!
With Valentine’s Day quickly approaching, I went and bought a candy heart mold and decided on White Chocolate Hearts using my Mom’s healthy homemade white chocolate recipe.
Which was super easy!
Combine the Cocoa Butter, Powder Milk, and Powdered Sugar in a glass bowl. Place the glass bowl on the stove over a pot of boiling water. Stir until everything has been melted down and dissolved.
Add in the Vanilla Beans or Vanilla Extract.
You can spray the candy mold with cooking spray or use butter to coat the mold down before scooping the chocolate into it. I coated the first batch with butter and then forgot to do the remainder batches, but didn’t notice any problem with the chocolate sticking.
Scoop the creamy white chocolate into a candy heart mold and place into the freezer for about five minutes. Once they are solidly hard. They easily popped loose.
Sample and make sure everything tastes as it should
Invite the guests, write the cards, pour the tea and enjoy some Valentine’s Day Yummies!

These took hardly anytime to make!
The yummieness found in the depth of the creamy white chocolateliness, was what gave me the inspiration to write,
‘Roses are Red,
Violets are Blue,
I love white chocolate,
how about you?
Maybe I’ll leave the poetry alone and carry on with the
baking
Happy Valentines’ Day!

These look so delicious! I’ve got them pinned to my ‘to do’ list and definitely plan to make them for Valentines as my hubs prefers white it milk chocolate. Hope I can get hold of some cocoa butter here!
And how many did you sample??
These look pretty amazing, Elizabeth!! I might have to give these a try. I have a special candy I came up with to share with all of you for our Tea next week.
I can’t wait! When do you fly in?
Hugs and Blessings,
Amy
Beautiful! I love those cocoa butter buttons, I have to find some of them. And great idea to re-use old chocolate boxes. Pinned!
